Benjamin Cashwell ’28 is from Raleigh, NC studying Government with Public Policy and Native American/Indigenous Studies minors. On campus he is also a a member of the Dartmouth Cords (an all-male a capella group), Natives at Dartmouth, Triathalon Club, and Great Issues Scholars. Benjamin is a strong advocate for equitable education and Indigenous visability in the classroom. He has worked as a student representative on numerous Wake County Public School System panels and committes and led a project for the creation and distribution of an American Indian Heritage Poster to the nearly 200 schools across the county. Benjamin also has experience working in the local DA’s office and hopes to attend law school upon graduation.
